DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: Ferronickel and sugar make up for freezones

Export revenues in the first quarter were up by US$50m at US$1.475bn, year-on-year. Exports of ferronickel were up from US$105m to US$119m while sugar exports surged from US$20m to US$47m.
